Title: Obi200 with GV disconnects after 15min 32sec

Hi,

I have 2 Obi200 - one old one and another that I just got branded Polycom.  They both randomly disconnect calls by often at the 15min32sec mark.  After the disconnect, the device will not make calls but will get a message saying "no response from service".  After a little more it can make calls again.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Many people have the same exact issue. There appears to be a bug somewhere in the Obihai firmware and the company is not taking steps to correct it.

OR, they are looking for it and have not yet released a fix.

Yes: "the company is not taking steps to correct it."

If you are under warranty with OBIHAI (polycom) and call them, they will shrug you off [for this issue] and this has been going on since their corporate transition.  There are dozens of reports of them doing this for this exact issue. Polycom is not interested in fixing this.
