OBI202 showing message waiting on phone but no voicemail on SIP2

No voicemail account on sub account (SIP2)
Visual message waiting flashing on phone, but in expert config, boxes for message waiting on SIP 2 unchecked.
Rebooted OBI, still have visual message waiting on phone.
How do I resolve message waiting indication?
On Voip.MS, go to the Voicemail menu and do a search for up to 3 months (minus a day or so). See if there is any voicemail saved.
Do you have more than one voicemail account? See which one is the default for that DID and also where you might have a call sent based upon other criteria such as failover.
Did a search for voicemail on the sub account going back to 2016. No voicemail recordings found.
Checked the fail over options on the primary account. All go to one voicemail account associated with the primary account only.
This is frustrating. Aside from deleting the sub account and rebooting the OBI and then re-creating the account, I don't know what else to check.
