My system all of the sudden is Offline
I tried resetting GV with no luck
What are the steps to troubleshoot this ?

If your OBi is showing as "Offline" in your dashboard at obitalk.com then the problem has nothing to do with Google Voice. Your OBi and the obitalk server(s) are not communicating. What happens when you dial the echo test number **9 222 222 222 ?
You have not said what Obi device you have. Assuming it is an OBi200/202/212, what is the state of its power LED?
I have OBi200, two left light are green and the right is not.
When I dial **9 222 222 222 - I get "there is no service"

Your OBi200 appears to be connected OK to your router but is not reaching the public internet.
Have you tried rebooting your modem and router?
