It looked like I could use User Defined Digit Maps to simply change a dialed number to another, i.e.
<111:555 555 1212> I also tried (<111:555 555 1212>)
Meaning when I physically dialed 111 on the phone, it would electronically dial 555 555 1212, but that did not work. Is there an easy way to accomplish that? I am using my Obi200 with google voice.

You do not need a User Defined Digit Map for that.
Simply add
<111:5555551212>|
Immediately after the opening ( in the Phone Port Digit Map.
that works, thank you
well damn, I was hoping to route 911 to my local emergency dispatch office, but the Obi does not seem to allow that. If I use 111 it works fine, but as soon as I change it to 911 it fails saying there is no call route available to complete your call. Is there a way around that?
(Been testing with my cell number, not actual dispatch)

Further along that Digit Map is the sequence
|[0-9]S9|911|**0|
Try deleting 911| from there to leave
|[0-9]S9|**0|
Unless I am looking in the wrong area... {ip} User Settings > User Defined Digit Maps > Map1
Map 1 is the only one with anything in it, it is labeled ipd and contains only:
(xx.<*:@>xx?x?<*:.>xx?x?<*:.>xx?x?<*:.>xx?x?|xx.<*:@>xx?x?<*:.>xx?x?<*:.>xx?x?<*:.>xx?x?<*::>xx?x?x?x?)

Phone Port Digit Map should have something like:
(<911:5555551212>|[1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]S9|[1-9][0-9]S9|911|**0|***|#|##|**70(Mli)|**8(Mbt)|**81(Mbt)|**82(Mbt2)|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**3(Msp3)|**4(Msp4)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))
found it, thanks.
If I delete 911| from that line, it wreaks havoc on the GUI. After trying to save it, pages won't reload, and after a reboot, the line seems to reset itself. Just adding <911:5555551212>| to the beginning inside the ( leaves the same no route available error
I think they may have 911 locked down to force you to use an e911 service?

No they have not.
Sounds like you have fallen foul of the #1 gotcha for newcomers. You are making changes by pointing a browser at the OBi's IP address on your home network and logging in to its on-board webserver GUI. You should instead be using Expert mode on your dashboard at obitalk.com.

Thanks, I never would have found that.
Working as I had hoped after doing it online vs locally.
