Without the obi100 I could apply a rule something like this....
1. Do not link any telephone number to my GV number
2. Create a group from which I will entertain calls to my GV number
3. All other callers (other than 2) will go to my GV voicemail
My setup.... OBI100 Connected to a landline phone (has voicemail built in) and linked to my GV.
How do I go about creating a white list in OBI100 with the same functionality?
If you're wanting only authorized callers to ring the OBi PHONE Port when they call your Google Voice number (and all other callers to go to Google Voice voicemail):
PHONE Port -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {(Mcot):ph}
User Settings -> User Defined DigitMaps -> User Defined Digit MapX:
Label : cot
DigitMap : (18135550001|18135550002|18135550003|18135550004|181355500051|18135550006)
where 1813555000X is authorized caller's CallerID.
I think this did it! I am testing this functionality and so far seems to work.
1. In Google voice UNCHECK forwarding to google chat
2. Have a whitelist as a group
3. GV -> Groups -> forward whitelist to GV#
