Been trying to configure the trusted certificate authorities in order to be able to provision the ObiHai 200 via HTTPS, however no matter what I put in the provisioning xml file (X_DeviceManagement.CustomTrustedCA) - nothing appears in the trusted certificate authorities. I have looked for documentation however have not found anything on this.

Are you an end user or a service provider?
if the former why exactly do you need certificate(s).
If the latter you should contact Obihai/Polycom for assistance directly, not via these forums which are very predominantly end-user to end-user with very little involvement by Obihai representatives.
