Title: Rejected by the Service Provider – Reason is 600

I have a problem with my Obi200 with Google Voice.

When I call the New York City telephone number for Polycom, as listed on this Polycom webpage listing Polycom Office Locations (scroll down)

I hear 3 tones and

"The number you dialed  212 372 6997 was rejected by the Service Provider – Reason is 600"

Then I can not make any outgoing calls.  When I try, I hear 3 tones and

"The number you dialed  xxx xxx xxxx has not received a response from the Service Provider"

I fix this by power cycling the Obi200 OR without power cycling, wait ~5 minutes.  Then I can place calls again.

Setup Wizard | Status | Call History shows...
Call Ended (600 Busy Everywhere)

Anyone want to verify this?

Why would calling a number, one associated with Polycom/Obihai, cause the Obihai box to fail and require a power cycle?
