Hello,
As my first step using the Obi110, I simply connected a handset to the PHONE interface, the telco cable to the LINE interface, dialed out my cellphone (in France, so it's a ten-digit number eg. 0123456789)... and nothing happens.
I assume the defaults are for the US (or maybe the UK, since I bought the unit through Amazon UK), but have no idea what the dialplan means.
Here are the default in the Physical Interfaces section:

OutboundCallRoute = {([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<#:>|911):li},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}
CallReturnDigitMaps = {pli:(xx.)},{sp1:(<**1>xx.)},{sp2:(<**2>xx.)},{li:(<**8>xx.)},{pp:(<**9>xx.)}
LINE Port
DigitMap = (xxxxxxxS4|1xxxxxxxxxx|xx.)

What settings should I change? Is there a good tutorial about dialplans for the Obi110?
What is the difference between a (CallReturn)DigitMap, and In/OutboundCallRoute?
Thank you.
It
does ring my cellphone, but it takes a good 15s after I dial out "**8<cellphone>". Does someone have an idea why it's waiting for so long before playing the ringback tone and ringing my cellphone?
Here's the output in syslog, where "¤" is used to hide the digits dialed:

Thank you.
What happens is that it first waits for about 10s after I type the cellphone number, then dials out, plays some ringback tone, then says "Outbound connected", waits a few seconds, then I hear some different ringback tone, and my cellphone finally rings.
Hitting the # key after dialing the number speeds things up a bit, so I guess the first wait it due to the Obi timing out.
