Title: OBi202 Inbound call routing
Post by: Smokey1081 on September 27, 2019, 08:43:32 AM
I'm brand new to this and just beginning to learn. So please forgive me if this seems like an elementary question.

I'm setting my OBi202 up for the first time and having trouble with the inbound call routing. Here's what I'm trying to accomplish.

I have GV setup for sp1 and would like it to route the inbound calls to ph1 unless it is being used. If it is in use the I'd like it to send calls to ph2.

Smokey1081,  The following is how I configured my OBi202 to
call forward calls to phone 2 when phone 1 is busy and I receive a second call.

OBi202 Configuration via OBi Dashboard "Expert" mode.

Set the two following settings:
Voice Services > SP1 Services > Calling Features >
  CallForwardOnBusyEnable   [Checked]*
  CallForwardOnBusyNumber      ph2(#)

*Un-Check: OBiTALK Settings and Device Default first.

Repeat for SP2, SP3 and SP4 if needed.

Thank you very much! It did not work at first because I had call waiting active. Once I turned it off, it work perfectly. Thanks again!   :)
