Title: Connected, but can't dial or receive calls

I have OBI202 connected to Google Voice.  The OBI dashboard shows everything green and connected to Google Voice on SP1 and SP2.  There is dial tone.  When I start dialing dial tone silenced (as expected), but no call is made.

When I try to receive a call the Google Voice shows incoming call, but nothing happens on the OBI connected phone.

Please help.
