I am considering this device but my router is not located near my phone jack. How do I get the device hooked up?
Unless you plan on hooking it up as a whole house setup, you don't need a "phone" jack as your phone plugs into the Obi, not the wall. I have my cordless phone base plugged into the Obi and have handsets throughout the house. Works like a charm and no phone jack needed or used...
