Title: after reset cannot complete echo test (**9 222 222 222)

I did a factory reset and now my device seems to be not able to connect to the network. I forgot to remove it from obitalk before I reset it. I removed it right after, does that have something to do with this? My device was working before with the same network connection. After I was having problems I also opened all the ports on my router to the device and it is still not working. How can I fix it?

Please delete the other copies of your post.

What OBi model? If a 202 or 302 ensure you are using its INTERNET socket.

Revert all the router port opens you did.

What is the state of the OBi's power LED?

What response to dialling ***1?
