Before installing the OBI200, using my PAP2 with Callcentric, I would dial *123 to listen to my Callcentric VMs. So I had a speed dial setup with my pin like this: *123##1234# (Where 1234 is my pin.) And it worked fine.
But now with the OBI200 and Callcentric setup as SP2, I can't access the Callcentric VM system when I dial **2*123 let alone speed dialing **2*123##1234#
I assume, if I can get **2*123 to work, I can get **2*123##1234# to work.
I get an error message like, "Cannot be dialed"
Is there something simple I'm missing? Hopefully so. Thanks so much.
EDIT: Maybe something needs to be added to the dial plan / DigitMap?
Solution was easy. In addition to *123, Callcentric offers the alternative *86 to access voicemails.
**2*86 works but **2*123 does not. Strange. Probably has something to do with the amount of digits.
Therefore **2*86##1234# (where 1234 is your pin) works well as a speed dial.
