Title: incming calls only ring once & got: the person you called didnt setup answer src

Hi, My obitalk phone works fine and worked great. I think up to thanksgiving still works. Just this week I noticed every incoming calls it only rings once and then immediately they will hear : the person you called didnot setup answering services. 

I tried to reboot my internet, and the whole obi box, phone , several times, it wont work.

Is this a bug or something I can fix?

Are you also forwarding to a cell phone that hasn't had voicemail set up?
