I know the devices are EOL, but hopefully someone can answer this question... I had an account breach and I want to set the max possible secure password ...
I can still use the devices, they work just fine, the only problem is that the manual doesn't specify this information.

The password requirements are defined and limited by your ITSP. The OBi device doesn't care. Why don't you simply try it and see what happens? A 16-20-character password, composed of random upper-case and lower-case letters, numerals and symbols would be very difficult to crack.
