Title: Changes on InboundCallRoute?
Post by: zilch on February 24, 2020, 02:49:04 PM
Hi,

I use obi 202 and my setting is
* ITSP A & sp1: google voice
* ITSP B & sp2: sip(register to a sip server)
* phone port 1: a phone

I have set the value of InboundCallRoute in sp2 as value "SP1" and submitted. But after rebooting, it restored to default value "PH". How can I change this value?

Thank you.

The change you desire doesn't make sense to me but if you really want it to stick you need to read and understand http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=61.msg109#msg109

This is happening because you are editing/changing your device configuration on its local web server page (e.g. 192.168.x.x or 10.0.x.x), instead of on the OBiTALK portal.  Don't do that.  The portal will overwrite the value as soon as the device reboots.

You can simply go to http://www.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/obhdev (http://www.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/obhdev), click on your device, click on the SP1 and SP2 , one at at time, and then check or un-check the boxes as appropriate to control which of the two telephone ports rings, etc.  The portal will do the rest.
