Why my OBI200 call acting weird?

Thanks for responding to my threads.
I am finding weird issues on my OBI200. I am able to make/receive calls.
1) How do I record a greeting for Voice mail, so the caller can hear/act? ::)
I am seeing VM messages upon logging into my Google account and getting to my smartphone GV account. Not all messages are readable.
Is there any mechanism to read the recorded messages via my home handset instead of my smartphone?
2) Some incoming calls getting dropped before we pick up, but those calls were directed to VM. At this time the line was not busy with another call. ::) ???
Many callers complain, that our number directly going to Voice Mail after 1st ring, but we were not able to hear the ringing.
