Title: Obi 100 SIP 2 Star Code Issue
Post by: dwh367 on April 09, 2020, 04:09:21 AM
I set up a PBX extension, on SIP 2, of my Obi100.  SIP 1 is my residential VOIP provider. The PBX requires the use of some star codes for access to various functions. For example *97 to access my voicemail.  When I try to dial **2*97 it gives me a busy tone, after entering **2*, so the dial out will not complete.  Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this (other than changing the PBX to SIP 1)?

Try changing the xx. at the end of the ITSP B digit map to XX.

Try changing the xx. at the end of the ITSP B digit map to XX.

That did the trick.  Thank you!
