Title: Port number from PhonePower to H2O

Hi,
I'm in the process of porting the number from PhonePower to H2O.  Then I will port the number from H2O to GV later.  Based on H2O, my number is ported over but I cannot receive the call.  However, I can make calls from H2O and showing the right number.  My PhonePower can calls and receive calls too.  Can anyone provide me any advice?  Have you had this problem before?

How long has it been since the port from Phonepower to H2O?

The activation date was Friday 4/10/2020.

Even though, H2O stated that they have the number on their database?

There are other databases that are relevant when calling in to your number.  They may need a few more days to sync with the change.
