I have my Obihai set up as a SIP extension off an Asterisk server and I am trying to figure out how to send *97 to access voicemail. On all my other SIP phones it works fine however when I do it using an analog phone on Obihai it just goes to a busy signal. Can someone help me out with this and explain why this is happening please. Thank you.
