Title: dial a regular 10-digit # instead of 311 for GV?
Post by: MapGuy on June 30, 2020, 09:45:41 AM
Is it relatively straightforward to do?  (I do have CallCentric set up as provider #2, but they don't support special services numbers either.)

Thanks

It might be straightforward but as I don't know what "it" is then I cannot answer.

To be more specific, instead calls to 311 failing I'd prefer that they instead be dialed as (240) 777-0311.

Thanks.
