I love these phones, they look so professional. However, I am completely lost as to what service I need. These are going to be used in my business, and my understanding is that Google Voice is not great for business use because of the limitations.
I have 3 Obi1062's. I want someone to call my business phone which rings one of the phones I have set up in our show room. We answer that call, place it on hold, call one of our phones in the back warehouse and tell them, "Mr. Smith is on hold on line 1 for you", and for that back warehouse phone to be able to press a button and resume talking with Mr. Smith.
Google voice doesn't let me do that.

What you are asking for is not provided by an Internet Telephony Service Provider. OBi1062s can place incoming calls on hold and transfer them. Read the Admin and User Guides.
