Incoming calls from my home area code do not display the Area Code in the incoming Caller ID. This is a real nuisance, because I need to dial all 10 digits to return a call. Calls from other area codes display the complete 10-digit number as expected. Is there a setting somewhere I have missed that will cause this? Thanks.

I'm not aware of such a setting in an OBi. Maybe your phone does?
The following assumes you are using SP1 and SP1 is your Primary Line.
Configure your OBi to add area code when 7 digits are dialed.
Services Provides -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap
Add the following after the beginning parenthesis:
<AAA>xxxxxxx|
Replace AAA with your local area code.
