Do you have one incoming number or more than one?

Which ITSP(s) are you using?

I use the Twilio register sip, one number.

currently, the incoming call ring on both phones and the SP1 X_InboundCallRoute set to {ph1,ph2}

but I want the second phone only ring when the first phone busy

Hi,
Tested work for me, all you need to do disable the Call Waiting and Enable ForwardOnBusy : ph2 on the Phone 1 interface.

SP1
Primary Line for Outgoing Calls: Phone 1 Phone 2
Incoming Calls Will Ring On: Phone 1

OBi Expert Configuration Menu

Physical Interfaces

Phone1
Disable CallWaitingCallerID
Disable Call Waiting
Enable ForwardOnBusy
Enable ForwardOnBusyNumber = ph2
