Do you really expect anyone to diagnose the problem from that paucity of information?
But my first guess would be that you have not enabled the OBi as an endpoint in your settings at voice.google.com.
If that is not the cause:
Give full details of what happens when you try to make a call.
Give full details of what happens when you should be receiving a call. That includes what happens at the calling end.
