Title: Obiwifi5g and Obi200 now fails to connect
Post by: a2zgrandma on October 19, 2020, 01:42:00 PM
Been using an Obi200 with a Obiwifi5g dongle for a little over a year with my GV account. It worked fine until the day I moved. Connected the wifi dongle to the local network and it the power light on the Obi200 turned solid green. However, the phone will neither send nor receive calls. Logging into my account I see the following error message:

Connect Failed: No Response;Token Error

Two or three times the account has come up with "Connected", but it still won't make calls and then reverts back the error message above. Any suggestions on what to do? For the record, directly connecting to the router is a non-starter.

Anyone else experience this problem? And if so, how did you resolve it?

Dial **9 222 222 222. Do you reach the echo test and hear "Welcome to Obitalk ..."?

If yes the WiFi connection is working.

Thanks for the update. What if I don't get that response? How do I proceed? As I mentioned, the device worked on my previous wifi network, but now I get a no response; token error message.

Thanks again for the suggestion.
