Title: speed dial not saving changes
Post by: skipro-tahoe on December 15, 2020, 05:18:25 PM
I cannot change my speed dial. I make changes, but when I save it, it converts back. I tried many times.
It appears this speed dial is shared with another master speed dial and it overrides changes. I do have several accounts but they should not have any connections between each other, except that some of the entries in the speed dials are the same.
When the speed dial first appears, it has different entries, which immediately change to this "default"

Where are you trying to change the speed dials?

On the web server on the Obi or at www.obitalk.com?

www.obitalk.com
Also tried web server.
Tried deleting all, setting defaults, nothing seems to work.

Strange.

The web server settings are always overwritten by the settings at obitalk.com

Yes. And directly in the OBi box, web based.
I delete or change. Then I save. Original stuff repopulates. Aliens, it must be.
It appears/seems this info resides somewhere which overrides my changes.

Does this info reside on the Poly/OBi server? I wonder if this is a Poly server issue?

My only remaining option is "White-out" on my monitor.

Thanks for update and quick reply. I'll be sure to keep an eye on this thread. I also encounter the same problem.
