Title: Obi110 used Dropping PSTN Calls

I put a 110 in my Sister's apartment connected in between the PSTN (VoIP ATA) line and the ports in their house.  The VoIP carrier already replaced the ATA/Router so that's ruled out.

They are complaining of dropped calls when making and receiving calls over the PSTN.

Can anyone think of any settings on the Obi110 that could be the cause of that?

I'm using it to enable them to transfer calls to my father's IP phone.  He's a doctor and needs his calls screened.

If anyone has any advice on this I'd really appreciate it.
