Title: Any way to just disable one ITSP without losing all the settings?

Hi everyone:

I have an OBi202 here. I had two ITSPs configured. I am no longer using one of the services, ITSP2. It's still making traffic on my network. For that reason, I'd like to disable it in OBiTalk, but I can't find any way to do that without erasing all the setttings. Is it not possible to just disable one ITSP?

Just to be clear, you just want to disable SP2 or actually delete SP2 since you are no longer using the service?

To disable:
Voice Services-->SP2 Service-->Enable (uncheck, submit and save your settings)

To delete:
Click on blue "gear" icon in OBi dashboard
Scroll down to SP2 and click on trash can icon

Ah, that's it. My main problem was I forgot to click on OBi Expert Configuration. I disable it. Thanks very much. Now, hopefully, all the network traffic will stop.
