Searched for a previous post on this and couldn't find any mention.
When you dial *57 to disable CW, is that only for the current call/one time? Or does it change the state of the OBi to CW Disabled until you later enter *56 to re-enable it?
In other words, is it a per-call setting or a persistent setting? ???
Many of the star codes at http://www.obihai.com/docs/OBiFeatureStarCodes.pdf are explicitly described but not the codes for CW.
Thanks.
*56/*57 is a persistent setting:
Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> CallWaitingEnable
Thanks. So it looks like there isn't a per-call cancel CW (which is handy when you're sending a fax) - the equivalent of *70 on most POTS.
:-\
Thanks.

The Admin Guide even states:
QuoteSince Call Waiting can interfere with fax calls already in progress, it is advised that you configure your fax machine to dial the Cancel Call Waiting code before it dials the destination fax machine.
That is great for faxing, but how do you re-enable Call Waiting after the fax?
