Title: Unable to get second Google Voice line to work with Obi1032

I purchased an Obi1032 so that I could use the phone with two Google Voice accounts. I was able to get the first line to work, but I cannot set up the second line. Usually, nothing happens, but twice I'm gotten an error message that says the device is already being used by a Google account. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?
