I just received my voip.ms DID numbers yesterday.
I have an obi 110 with SP1 set to voip.ms (SP2 disabled) It receives incoming calls fine but outgoing calls including to **9222222222 get a female voice saying "there is no service available to complete your call."
Zoiper on my cell works fine to send and receive.
Call history on my lan obi page says 3 incoming calls (no outgoing).
I restored to factory defaults but ran into this problem. Before that I was trying to change settings in obitalk.com to get rid of ghost scanner calls but the config in the lan obi webpage was overriding the obitalk.com settings. I have deleted the device on obitalk.com so I'm just using the lan obi webpage at this point. (auto provisioning off as voip.ms wiki shows)
Any thoughts?

The **9 222 222 222 call should work without any configuration after a reset. That it does not raises the possibility that your phone is not dialling correctly. Try another phone before anything else.
