I tried to add the 2nd Google voice number into my Obi202 device. But within OBi Dashboard, I could not find any button which allowed me to add 2nd Google voice number. Why?

it is your fault that you can't find it. Though I don't claim it will work when you do find it.
Click the blue gearwheel just to the right of "Obiextras" on the line for your OBi202 on your dashboard. Click the blue gearwheel on the line for the SP you want to configure.
Click the "Setup now" button in the large Google Voice box at the top.
