I have configured SP1 to PennyTel (sip.pennytel.com) and SP2 to 12voip (sip.12voip.com).
Both register fine and I can make outgoing calls via SP2 (12voip) but not via SP1 (pennytel).
The difference I can notice (in the call status) is in the Peer RTP Address -
SP2 (12voip) lists a valid address, while SP1 lists 0.0.0.0
After I timeout, I get the Obi message that the SP did not respond.
I can call make outgoing pennytel calls using a generic softphone, so it does not seem to be my router.
Any addvise what I am setting wrong?
ITSP A config:
ProxyServer: sip.pennytel.com
RegistrarServer: sip.pennytel.com
UserAgentDomain: sip.pennytel.com
OutboundProxy: sip.pennytel.com
(all others default)
SP1 Config:
X_ServProvProfile: A
AuthUserName: my pennytel number
AuthPassword: my pwd
Try changing X_UserAgentPort for SP1 from 5060 to 5070.
If no luck, report make/model of modem, separate router (if any) and any special settings (port forwards, etc.)
