Title: VBAT Value Question

What does the VBAT value in parenthesis mean? I've highlighted it in the attached photo.(https://i.imgur.com/ed4vHRp.jpg)

It's the voltage present at the input to the SLIC module (the telephone line interface), before it is boosted to the on-hook value.
