Title: No Gateway Configured

Ok not sure what I'm doing wrong.
My dashboard status is gray, and there's no Obi Voice Gateway to select.
If I go to Approved Service Providers for Home and select Setup Now for Google Voice it just takes me back to the Obi Dashboard.  So I'm stuck in this look where I can't get Google Voice working with my Obi 200

I'm guessing that you do not have your OBi added to your dashboard and you are looking at the Softphone device.

You need to use the **5nnnn procedure.  When successful you will see another line with the same 9 digit OBi number as on the underside of your OBi.
