Title: No Audio on phone

Just set up our Obi200 - all the lights are solid green.

Connected Google Voice. Can receive and send calls from the phone.

BUT - there is zero audio on the phone. Never could get the echo test to pass.

The phone will ring and the caller can here me speaking but I cannot hear them.

Disabled SIP ALG, rebooted router, no change. What do I do next? ???
