I would like to setup my new obi110 to go to aa if I called from my cell phone. If someone else called in, it will forward the call to my cell. I have only 1 sip service provider and 1 DID provided by this same service provider. What will be the setting to get this job done? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:aa},{sp1(12341234567)}
where 12341234567 is the CallerID of your cell phone as shown in Call History.
Hi RonR, thanks for your quick reply.
Actually, I tried this setting myself. If I called in from my cell, I get to aa without any issue. If I called in with different phone, it ring the phone attached to the device instead of forward the call to my cell. Also, The setting
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:aa},{sp1(12341234567)}
will changed back to
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:aa},{ph}
sometime.
Anything else you can think of that I can give it a try? Thanks.
If you're making the changes directly to the OBi, you must also set:
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
I will try it tonight. Thanks.
After put in the following setting:
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
The following works as expected:
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:aa},{sp1(12341234567)}
RonR, thanks again for your prompt reply.
