Title: CALLER ID and AutoAttendant issues
Post by: anzz on November 24, 2011, 09:30:29 AM

Please advise

I am using Obi110 in India

While using initially no caller ID information would be passed from the LINE IN connection to obi110 or the phone attached to the phone port.

I changed this setting : Physical Interfaces > Lineport > CallerID DetectMethod to DTMF (initially it was set to FSK

After this change the caller ID information is passed on to the phone attached to the phone port. Also when the call ringing Status > Phone and Line status >LastCallerInfo shows the caller ID correctly, but if you look into CallStatus> Call History  > Peer Number : this is blank. Also if the number is set as a trusted number the AutoAttendant does not answer the call.

Hence I am not able to use the AutoAttendant for incoming calls on the Line In port (FXO)

Please advise what I need to do to get caller ID info translated properly.

Thanks

Try increasing:

Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> RingDelay
