I had an old 202 lying around. I had to make some changes to my mothers internet and phone service because it was costing me over $200 a month.
Anyway, it would not connect, I called and the support team told me it was connected to another account. Thankfully I never delete my email and found the ebay seller and sent them a message, they said they logged in and removed the device from their account.
I have been trying to add this for ages and it just will not connect.
