Title: Unable to call +3531 since upgrade
Post by: Gavo on December 07, 2011, 05:19:28 AM
Hello,

Since my last firmware upgrade I cannot dial any number prefixed 003531. According to my dial plan (below) as it cannot match the prefix it should route over my default pstn line (where calls to 00353 1 to 7 are free). Logging at my call log it tries to route the call over SP2 where all I get is one ring and then silence.

(<0:**20044>7xx.| <**1>0844xx.| <00:**2>1xx.|  <**2>00[2-9]xx.|!09xx.|xxxxxxxS4|<**2>003538xx.|  xx.)

Any ideas ?

Regards

Gavin

Which DigitMap is this?  What is your PrimaryLine?  An OBi dial plan is made up of a several DigitMaps, an OutboundCallRoute, and a PrimaryLine.  You only posted a fragment of the whole picture.

(...|<**2>00[2-9]xx.|....)

It appears this rule would catch 00351 numbers and send them to SP2, but without knowing what the SP2 DigitMap is, it's impossible to tell what might happen to them there.

Ron,

The digit map shown in my line digit map. My primary line is my PSTN. Your questions actually led me to a fix. :)
After the firmware upgrade the SP2 digit map was set at device default rather than Obitalk settings. I've now corrected this and all is working fine.

Cheers
