Post by: videobruce on September 05, 2023, 09:27:21 AM
For those that aren't aware;

Support will be thru HP on their web site;

While this is true, HP has not yet taken over the support online. Their Obi1032 documents (which they refer to as ATA1032) are sorely lacking.

Troubleshooting the device returns two documents:

"Software and Drivers" sends you to a page with manuals and no software.

So HP Support is a work in progress.

(Note that I used to work at HP so this is not a slight on them but as I say, a work in progress).

The 1032 is an IP phone, not an Analogue Telephone Adapter. That does not instill confidence that HP support will even reach the poor level that Obihai support fell to in its later years.
