Title: It will not accept my password, nor allow me to get a new password

When I tried to reset the password, it stated that a new password would be sent to me when I respond to an email obi was sending. I received that, clicked on the option to get a new password and then saw a message that it could not create a new password. What do I do? The phone was working earlier today -- will it still work after the 18th? What can I do? Thanks for any info!
