I wonder if this is why I cannot connect my 1022 to google talk all of a sudden.

I just signed up with callcentric and everything was good but have trouble with entering the info.  I got this email:  Please note that we are showing that your account was blocked by our Risk/Exposure Monitoring System (we cannot go into detail as to how our Risk Monitoring System works). Could you provide us with the following information?

Why would my account/IP/email whaever be blocked by risk/exposure??  Is that why I cn't connect to obitalk anymore, HP has some kind of risk exposure enabled?
