Title: Banner Ads on Device Configuration Page
Post by: johngarko on January 25, 2024, 11:10:01 AM
Trying to access my service providers/lines installed on my device through the usual Device Configuration page.  I've noticed banner ads for "911+" are showing up below the phone port configuration summary box instead of next to the boxes along the right side of the page.  This error is preventing the display of the lines I have listed by service provider, as well as preventing me from adding or changing the current configuration.  I've emailed support@obihai.com but haven't heard anything back.  I've tried to view the webpage on Chrome and Safari, on both a laptop and cell phone.  IMG_9565.png

it looks like you have an OBi200 or 202 or 212.  If so, you are wasting you time trying to configure it at obitalk.com.  Read the Important Notice section at https://www.obitalk.com/info/products/obi200

Yes, running a couple of 202s.  They work fine (for now), but the banner ads that they've added to obitalk.com website is misplaced.  Most pages on the website have the 911+ ads to the far right of the webpage, except for the Device Configuration page.  Everything else with the device itself is working perfectly---I just can't change the lines loaded on the 202s.

But I do see your point about the 12/18/2023 date.  Well shoot.

Except for GV configuration, everything else can be done by using the device's on board web pages.

Yep, that's the challenge. I use a mix of several GV lines and others I have through voip.ms.  I'll change what I can leave the rest alone.
