- Do I really need an OBITalk account for the iPhone OBiON to work?
- As I used the configuration wizard and not OBITalk to configure my OBI110 is there something I need to chnage to now make it work with OBITalk?
- Does the OBITalk application need specific firewall ports opened for it to find the device once the number has been dialed from the phone?
I configured Google Voice using http://www.obihai.com/itspConfiguration/itspConfiguration-googlevoice.html and it works perfectly.
So then I wanted to use the OBiON app on my iphone. So it seems I have to create an OBITalk accouint to use the iPhone app? Please correct me if I am wrong.
Anyway the OBITalk account I successfully created but I am not able to find my OBI110 device. I get the following error once the wizard 120 second timeout completes.
"Failed to connect to your device.
Please check your device's internet connection, and
click try again or click cancel to return to the device list
"
