Title: Force AA to choose option 2 automaticaly
Post by: kayhan on December 31, 2011, 02:42:54 PM
Hello there,

I have configured sp1 on OBi110 and also set up PSTN port as my primary line out.

Here is my question: what exact procedure should I follow to let couple of Call numbers/people (calling on my SP1) to go straight on option 2 of AA without pressing "2" and they can hear "enter your phone number followed by # key" and after that they can dial their number on my PSTN line?

I really need this help!!!
Thanks in advance

The main menu of the Auto Attendant expects the caller to press 1, 2, or 3.  This is not configurable.

You mean there is no way that OBI can choose option 2 automatically?

If yes, can you please tell me is there anyway that some caller ID numbers go directly to my PSTN line without AA?

That's correct.  The caller must select 1, 2, or 3 to proceed.

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {(12341111111|12342222222|12343333333):li()},{ph}

12341111111, 12342222222, and 12343333333 will hear PSTN dialtone as soon as the OBi answers their call on SP1.
