Title: Auto Attendant : codecs/DTMF for calls from Asterisk users on SP2 to AA?
Post by: baba2s on January 05, 2012, 05:37:53 PM
"Pressing 1 or 2 or 3 doesnt work on AA if SP2 is a Asterisk peer"

few days back i got my new Obi110. Upgraded to latest firmware.
My setup :
SP1 : Google voice
SP2 : Asterisk Peer 1009  ( dtmfmode=auto , allow=ulaw)

I want all calls to SP2 go directly to  AA. so for SP2 i have  Voice Services--> SP2 Service--->X_InboundCallRoute = aa

Now other asterisk users able to call 1009 and hear the automated message  but pressing 1 or 2 or 3 doesn't work.
AA message repeat for 3 times and later the obi110 attached phone rings.

All my asterisk users uses dtmfmode=auto , allow=ulaw

Please help

Thanks i advance

Try other settings at:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> General -> DTMFMethod : (InBand / RFC2833 / SIPInfo)
