Title: Outgoing Calls on Phone 1
Post by: Ringo on January 20, 2012, 07:07:09 PM
After navigating the AA, how do i force the obi110 to make "transfer" my new outgoing call using the phone 1 port with only 7 digits?

Thanks Rich

Your reference to 'phone 1 port' is unclear.  I'm assuming you meant Service Provider 1 (SP1).

The following should give you 7-digit dialing support from both the PHONE Port and the Auto Attendant when Service Provider 1 (SP1) is used:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap:

(1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<1aaa>[2-9]xxxxxx|011xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.'@'@@.)

where aaa is your local area code.

You can set the PrimaryLine for the Auto Attendant to SP1 Service (SP1) with:

Voice Services -> Auto Attendant -> PrimaryLine : SP1 Service
