Title: Resolved: one stage-dialling is not working if primary line is in SP1
Post by: dash on January 20, 2012, 09:31:11 PM
I have two Obihai devices

1) OBIHAI Speed dial 10 (NJ)

2) OBIHAI Speed dial 20 (FL)
Sp1: Japan SIP Service

I noticed that one stage dialing is working great when I dial from NJ to FL when PSTN line as primary line is setup in OBIHAI device in FL, For example 20*Fl Area Code+Tele No#

However when I changed Obihai device FL's primary line to SP1 by

Voice Service-Auto Attendant-Auto Attendant 1-Primary Line, changed to SP1
Physical Interfaces-Phone-Primary Line, Changed to SP1

it is not working.

I would appreciate if someone could help me to solve this issue!
Thank you very much!

FL OBi:

Voice Services -> OBiTALK Service -> InboundCallRoute : {200123456>(Msp1):sp1},{200123456:aa},{ph}

where 200123456 is the OBiTALK number of the NJ OBi.

Single-stage dialing from NJ to FL will be made through SP1.

PrimaryLine settings do not affect calls initiated from InboundCallRoute rules.
